Stéphane is a graduate engineer from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Lyon. He started is career within the Nestlé group, holding supply chain, lean manufacturing and production positions. In 2001, he joined the recruitment consultancy Michael Page as a consultant specialising in engineering and supply chain positions. Then, he supervised the Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain and Information Technology departments of the Lyon office, until he was appointed Director for the regions Rhône-Alpes and Auvergne in 2006. In 2009, he became Managing Director of Michael Page Sweden, with the task of strengthening the group’s activities in Nordic countries. He mostly supported international companies in the recruitment of local senior executives. In 2011, he was appointed business development director for all the brands of PageGroup, based in Paris. Among others, he was in charge of developing and implementing an ambitious key accounts management policy. At the beginning of 2013, he set up TALENTED, a human-sized recruitment firm with the objective to offer a high level of expertise and services to customers.

Sébastien BLANCHET

Sébastien graduated from the engineering school ECAM in Lyon. He started his career as a consultant in industrial performance within the firm Chorège, and then at Ernst & Young. Supporting both small businesses and major international groups, he led operational projects for customers wishing to optimise their production processes or their supply chain. After five years, he joined the recruitment consultancy Michael Page, in Lyon, where he worked as a consultant specialising in engineering and supply chain positions. In 2007, he was appointed executive manager in charge of the Engineering and Procurement & Supply Chain departments for Rhône-Alpes and Auvergne regions. In 2010, he joined the Parisian head office of the group and became director of the Procurement & Supply Chain department and then of the Property & Construction department. In addition to his operational activity on behalf of key customers, he held a function of business advisor on a national scale and negotiated preferred supplier agreements. He set up TALENTED in 2013, together with Stéphane Salto and Ioana Honciuc.

Ioana HONCIUC

Ioana is of French-Romanian nationality. She graduated in Law, Political Sciences and International Diplomatic Careers. Right after she graduated, she decided to start a career in recruitment consulting and joined the firm Hays when the Lyon office opened. During four years, she developed a high-level expertise in the field of real estate, property and construction before joining the Michael Page consultancy in order to establish the Property & Construction department in the Rhône-Alpes region. In 2006 she was appointed executive manager of this department and became the main contact person for key accounts and small businesses in this sector. In 2009, she left the company and started a world tour that was going to last over a year. During that time, she stayed in touch with Michael Page and in 2010 and 2011 she carried out several tasks on behalf of the French Top Management of the company. In 2012, she was appointed Associate Consultant within the Property & Construction department based in the Parisian head office of the group. She set up TALENTED in 2013, together with Stéphane Salto and Sébastien Blanchet.

Valérie BOUDINEAU

Holder of a Master’s Degree in “Strategy and Management” from EM Lyon Business School, Valérie began her career as Project Manager at EADS in Germany. She then joined Conco Systems Inc. as Manager of International Sales, based in the United States. Valérie returned to France in 2002 to work for NSI, a services company specialising in embedded electronics communications and electronic multiplexing. For almost six years, she assisted the company’s CEO in corporate finance, sales support and legal support. Alongside this role, she taught comparative social law at University. In 2007, with a view to shifting her focus into the human resources field, Valérie joined the Finance division of the Michael Page recruitment consultancy, based in Lyon. After two years, she took on responsibility for the development of the Information Technology business, becoming the dedicated partner for SMEs and international group subsidiaries on their IT recruitment projects. She worked for a variety of sectors including aeronautics, electronics, energy, distribution and e-commerce. In 2014, Valérie joined the founding team at Talented.

Holding a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Human Resources, Solène started her career as Human Resources Manager for Le Palais des Thés. Over the course of seven years, she structured and developed the HR function within this selective distribution company.
In 2008, particularly attracted by the recruitment part of her job, she joined recruitment agency Winsearch, where she developed a strong expertise in the recruitment of technical profiles, in particular in R&D and Engineering. Although working for clients from a wide variety of sectors, her main accounts were with those in the mechanical industry, and with manufacturers of industrial equipment and medical devices.
Making good use of her MBTI certification, she was also actively involved in creating additional HR services, including internal mobility assessment, professional development projects, and team building.

Virginie TETU

Senior Consultant


With a Master’s Degree from both the EMLV Business School in Paris and the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences’ International Management Program, Virginie started her career in 2006 in sales and marketing within the Samsung Group. Approached by Michael Page in 2008, she joined the firm’s Property & Construction division and, for seven years, developed solid recruitment expertise in the construction industry. Initially as Associate Consultant and later as Manager, she accompanied the sector’s major players and SMEs in their search for future executives and operational managers. Wishing to expand her HR skills, she joined Very Up as Senior Consultant at the beginning of 2015, where she worked with the Technical and HR departments of major accounts in the definition and roll-out of tailor-made training tools. Eager to return to the world of recruitment and drawn by the agency’s corporate vision, Virginie joined Talented in 2016.

Charles MAITENAZ

Director


With a degree in engineering from the Ecole des Mines in Nantes, Charles started his career in the food industry, at Amora-Maille (Unilever), where he was responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement projects at some of the group sites. At the same time, he completed his academic education with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His interest in other professions brought him into the field of recruitment consulting and, in 2001, he joined the Michael Page Paris office. Over a period of ten years, he moved from Consultant to Manager and then Director, specialising in technical trades in the industrial, engineering and construction sectors. In 2010, he seized the opportunity to diversify his skills by taking leadership of the financial services and distribution divisions. Eager to return to his beloved region, Charles headed Accetis International’s Nantes office in 2013, before joining Hudson, a recognised specialist in Executive Search and talent management.

Attracted by Talented’s ambitious corporate vision, Charles has been in charge of the firm’s development for the Greater Western region since early 2017.

Holding a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management, Aude started her career as a Researcher for the Executive Search boutique Lazare Laskier Conseil. She developed her skills in search and selection of experts and executives with a specific focus on aeronautics, electronics, textile and pharma industries. In 2010, she joined a newly created team at Segeco Consulting to develop the recruitment offer. Quickly appointed as Head of Research, she decided to move to a Recruitment Consultant role in 2014, with a deep specialisation in R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and IT.

At the end of 2016, following the merger between Talented and Segeco Consulting, she naturally joined the Talented team.

Holder of a Master’s Degree in “Foreign Languages”, Vanessa started her career in 2000 with McKinsey & Company, a multinational management consulting firm, as a projects coordinator. In 2003, she joined Vinci Energies as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director before quickly realizing that she missed the consulting environment. Then she joined SpencerStuart, one of the world’s leading global executive search and leadership consulting firms, to support the Managing Director of the Paris Office. She rapidly moved to a Research Associate role, approaching top managers for the Board, FMCG and Industry practices. Building on this expertise acquired during this 9 years, she integrated Eric Salmon & Partners, a European top executives search firm where she lead various assignments both in terms of functions and sectors. Early 2015, Vanessa joined the team at Talented to strengthen our expertise in top executive search.
